Return Policy

Since all of our products are custom or on-demand, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Please make sure to carefully review your order before confirming your purchase.

If there is an issue with your product, such as a printing error or defect, please contact us at ashley@geooorge.com as soon as possible so we can assess the situation and make it right. We want to ensure you're happy with your purchase and will work with you to resolve any issues.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it, and contact us immediately if there are any defects, damage, or issues with your item. If there was an error in printing or production, please provide details and photos so we can review and resolve the problem.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
As mentioned, all products are custom-made or on-demand, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any items. This includes all personalized or custom orders.

Refunds
If your product is found to be defective or there was an error on our end, we will notify you once we've reviewed the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, typically within 10 business days after approval.
